There are several types of meeting spaces in the Car Barn that might be available
for your group to use.  Please read through the listing below, and click on the

CAR BARN PUBLIC MEETING / RECEPTION SPACES

There are several public spaces located at the Car Barn that the Graduate School manages for the University and makes available to other groups upon request.   Please click below for the details about each, including hours, usage policies, GU alcohol policies, renting tables/chairs from GEMS, and how to reserve.

CLASSROOM SPACES (CAR BARN and ELSEWHERE)

There are classrooms in the Car Barn and nearby buildings that are owned by the University Registrar and managed through the Georgetown Event Space (Virtual EMS) request system.  Use the Virtual EMS system to locate, check availability, and reserve. 
(Note: Please do not contact the Graduate School about reserving these classroom - we have nothing to do with them.)  These spaces include:

GRADUATE SCHOOL CONFERENCE ROOMS

There are several conference rooms located in the Car Barn that belong to the Graduate School Dean's Office (and for which the Graduate School and its programs have first priority), but we do share them with other groups as a courtesy when they are not being used by the Graduate School.   Please click below for the details about each, including how to reserve.
