Banner/Cognos Access for Financial Aid Purposes

In order to properly understand the information below, you must first request access to Banner and Cognos via the Registrar's Student Systems webpage (https://registrar.georgetown.edu/StudentSystemsInfo); these forms are for faculty and staff only. Once you have received confirmation that you have access to Banner and Cognos, please review the Banner Screens and Cognos Reports below that are most important for enrollment and merit-based financial aid review. Banner Screens (enrollment/financial aid)

SPAIDEN (General Person Identification)

Identification Information (GUID, Banner ID, Full Name, Chosen Name, etc.)
Contact Information (Physical Address(es), Phone Number(s), Email Address(es), Emergency Contact)
Biographical Information (Citizenship Status, Marital Status, Social Security Number, Age, Birth Date, Veteran Status, etc.)

SFAREGS (Student Course Registration)

Enrollment Status by term (i.e. 201930, 202010, etc.)
Registered Courses (Courses, Credits, Thesis Research, etc.)
Student Term Information (Full-time or Part-time, Effective Matriculation term, Class, Advisor, etc.)

TSICSRV (Customer Service Inquiry)

Account Charges (tuition, health insurance, non-payment fees, service charges, fines, withholding tax, etc.)
Account Credits (web payments, health insurance coverage or waiver, merit-based scholarship and/or fellowship, etc.)

Cognos reports (Enrollment)
